I am so excited, and totally honoured to find that Rosa Say has utilised my last post In Search of a Job Spec that Inspires in her Reinventions at Work and in Business: A Ho'ohana Community Forum.
Actually, I am totally blown away! Please go and check out the complete forum - the calibre of the people Rosa has referred to is phenomenal - if you're looking to reinvent yourself or your workplace - then this is required reading! I'm going to be tackling it in bite sized chunks as I go about my busy week this week, as it will take a while to absorb it all.
A forum such as this is a brilliant way of pulling together people and ideas from diverse backgrounds, cultures and geographies around the globe. I find that if I open my mind and really allow their writings to penetrate my thinking, I am expanded and inspired with the possibilities for reinvention.
